Plot

Three life-long friends, Elsa, Julia and Amelia, share a few things in common: the same age of 50 years old, and a weekly morning walk in a city park in Madrid, where they speak about their differing daily lives. Every new Thursday morning unveils new conversations and further events that reveal their frustration, their lost youth, broken dreams, the absence of love, the fear to loneliness and a world where a middle-aged woman turns in invisible.
